If I shoot some flowers on a property (Botanical Garden).
And I take some pictures where everything in the backround is completely blurred out, and I mean completely (Like 50mm 1.4).
Do I need a property release form from them, even if their property is definitely not identifiable?

Send an email to someone on the aop website they would be able to give you better advise. It would most likely depend on the laws in your country as it differs depending on where you live. If you were to try and use the image commersially then you would need a property release its for personal then you'd be ok, however its worth having just in case.
