I'm looking for some cheaper areas to have my wedding ceremony at. I'm in St. Louis, MO and everything here seems quite expensive. I want a smaller ceremony, not more than 75 people. I would like it in or near STL. It would be neat to have it outside where there is greenery and maybe flowers. MO Botanical Garden is too expensive though. Any ideas?
Cheap Ceremony locations-St. Louis?
Theknot.com, click in your area. There is also a site stlwed.com (I THINK, might not be right).

Reply:Gateway Arch...
Reply:baby girl, contact your local golf course. budget it around 5k- 7k.
include meal, hall, %26amp; service.
Reply:Missouri is known for its wineries.... There are great B%26amp;B in St. Charles and, a liitle further down I-44 ther is St. James (about 70 miles West). Wineries offer a romantic atmosphere, excellent outdoor scenery, and some have their own resturant and B%26amp;B.
Have you consider a farm? This is an unexpensive choice and you can go creative with a Horse theme wedding...Also, local parks can give you the outdoor scenery that you would like and you only have to ask for a permit, some of them have gazebo's fr pics too.
What about Grant's Farm? I don't know if they are open for weddings, they are sure open for other type of celebrations, they cater german-themed food, parking is free for your guests too, if you are going informal on a budget, you might consider this too.
Also, try something in the neighboring state of ILLINOIS, they might have cheaper rates.
Congratulations and good luck to you both.
