Flower Identification?

Found in a local botanical garden, but without identification.

Flower Identification?
Judging by the leaf structure, it is most likely a rose.

My second guess would be a rose.
Reply:LOOKS LIKE A TROPICAL VINE THAT FLOWERS, YOUR PIC DOESN'T SHOW ENOUGH OF THE FOLAGE TO BE SURE. ROSES DON'T HAVE LEAVES CONTINUOUS ON THE STEM LIKE THAT ONE DOES, IF YOU HAVE A BETTER PHOTO WOULD BE EASIER TO IDENTIFY.
