How do you make lime cilantro rice?

I was a botanical garden event and stopped by a Qdobas for lunch, never been there before, and tried this lime cilantro rice. It was amazing! I've never tried rice like that before.

Anyone know how to make lime cilantro rice?

Reply:Stir 1.5 teaspoons cumin in small dry skillet over medium heat just until fragrant, about 1 minute. Remove from heat. Whisk 1/8 c. lime juice and 1 T. oil into skillet.

Stir 1/2 tsp. turmeric and 1 tsp. cumin in heavy medium saucepan over medium heat until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add 2 cups water, 1 c. rice and 1 tsp salt; bring to boil. Reduce heat to low and cover; simmer until water is absorbed, about 15 minutes. Cool rice. Mix 1/2 c. chopped green onions, 1/3 c. chopped cilantro, and dressing into rice.
