Anyone know what the closest tube station to Kew Botanical gardens is..and is it "wheelchair friendly"

I* am a member of the Royal Botanical Gardens Kew. Kew Gardens Station is wheelchair friendly except when you arrive from central London you will have to follow a slightly indirect route to cross to the other north side of the station to take the road to the entrance to the gardens, The station is served by London Overground's North London Line from Stratford, Highbury %26amp; Islington, West Hampstead. Willesden Junction etc, as well as the Underground District Line. Kew welcomes visitors in wheelchairs and also has wheelchairs it can lend visitors. www.kew.org

The closest tube is "Kew Gardens" on the Richmond branch of the District Line.


And yes, the station is wheelchair-friendly.
